Refund & Cancellation

• Registrations may be cancelled by the registrant before payment is completed at no charge.
• After successful online payment, refunds are considered only for event cancellation by AIBK, duplicate payments, or technical payment errors — at the committee's discretion.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Cashfree, typically within 7–14 business days.
• No-shows or voluntary withdrawal after the registration deadline are generally non-refundable.
