This policy explains how All India Bhavsar Kshatriya Maha Sabha, Tamil Nadu & Puducherry ("AIBK", "we") processes personal data on aibktnpdy.com, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Data we collect

Registration forms may collect name, date of birth, contact details, address, education, occupation, family details, photographs, and payment transaction references.

Purpose

We use your data to process event registration and payment and to issue confirmations. With your explicit consent at registration, your profile (photo, biodata and contact details) is shared with other Bhavsar community members registered for this event and those registered on aibkswayamvar.com.

Storage & security

Photos are stored in a private cloud bucket and served only to authorised administrators. EXIF/GPS metadata is stripped from uploads. Access tokens for self-service views are hashed at rest.

Retention & erasure

Unless you opt into longer retention (e.g. Swayamvar), registration data may be purged approximately 12 months after the event. Email aibkmstnpondy@gmail.com to request access or erasure.
